Conditions Of Use
1.For any order paid for by credit card, a charge will be applicable at 1% on the discounted amount. No fee will apply to Debit Card payments.
2. Discounts from Stores and Hotels are only available with Vouchers.
3. Vouchers cannot be used to pay a credit transaction, act as a deposit for hire purchase agreements or be used as a method of paying customer accounts.
4. All Vouchers remain the property of Cut Your Cost Of Living until payment is made in full.
5. Cut Your Cost Of Living reserve the right to decline any purchase order under exceptional circumstances should they require.
6. If you re-post Vouchers refer to Royal Mail current terms & Conditions.
7. Change is not normally given from Voucher Transactions.
8. Vouchers will not be despatched to any member until membership details have been given and verified.
9. Vouchers are not returnable unless under exceptional circumstances with the prior agreement of the Customer Services Department.
10. Voucher orders can only be sent to the Members Credit Card Holders address. We are not responsible for any losses due to alternative addresses given.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping & Returns

Handling charges will be made on purchases of vouchers at the following rates.
- For orders of £200 Discounted Value and under: £1.00 (First Class)
- For orders over £200 to £350 Discounted Value: £2.00 (1st Class - split orders)
- For orders over £350 to £500 Discounted Value: £3.25 (RM Special Tracked)
- For orders over £500 to £600 Discounted Value: £5.00 (Special Delivery)
- For orders over £600 to £800 Discounted Value: £6.00 (Special Delivery)
- For orders over £800 to £1,000 Discounted Value: £7.50 (Special Delivery)
- For orders over £1,000 to £2,400 Discounted Value: £8.50 (Special Delivery)
